Abstract
Estrogen exert diverse bilological effects, and many of them results from a direct interaction of the estrogen with an intracellular receptor that activates the expression of genes encoding proteins with important biological functions. One of most important effect of estrogen sis a superpotent mitogenic action in hormone sensitive tissues.
