Particular eschatological questions related to the role of the Temple in canonical Gospels

Abstract

The eschatological conception of the " Temple logia" provides more than the substitution hypothesis: Jesus and the church have taken over and fulfilled the role of the historical Jewish Temple. It follows from the paper that the Temple has got its everlasting position, though in a transformed, spiritual form.
