Recognition within the European competition network and its importance for private enforcement of competition law: Decline of principle territoriality in the EU

Abstract

Analysis of enforcement of the administrative acts issued by competition authorities within European Competition Network. The framework and possible limits of the so called automatic recognition is a focus of this study.
