Impact of Ruling of Constitutional Court on Conception of Labour Code.

Abstract

The subject matter of the article is the analysis of the ruling of the Constitutional Court cancelling a lot of provisions of the new Labour Code. The analysis especially covers the relation of the civil and labour law and the principle of disposition in the new legal regulation.

Nevertheless, the attention is paid also to other changes from the part of the Constitutional Court, such as the position of trade unions.
