The Principle of Equal Treatment in the Labour Code as Amended by the new Antidiscrimination Act

Abstract

The principle of equality is enshrined in the Czech Constitution, in international treaties ratified by the Czech Republic and in primary and secondary EC law. It shall apply to all legal branches.
