The report describes the system of compensations for employment injuries and occupational diseases, how is it financed and organized, and what contingencies are covered by the system. It indicates links to the general sick insurance or benefits system.
Furthermore, employer?s obligations, special issue and role of employee?s representatives in the field of safety and health at work are examined.
