Abstract
Chapter X of this textbook introduces the regualtion of health insurance. It addresses problems of participation in the health insurance, insurance relationship, and also conditions required for sickness benefits claims.
Furthermore, it gives basic information about sickness benefits claims for those who serve in armed forces, those under arrest or serving criminal sentence.
