Abstract
The article deals with implementation of Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the internal market into the Czech legal order. The article attend furthermore to content of Directive, range of the legal regulation, any problems of legal form of authorisation procedures.
