Westminster Model: Adaptation or errosion?

Abstract

Political system, whoich developed in Britain after WWII is undergoing a change, more actors on more leveles are involved in the game. On one hand more powers are transferred to lower level thanks to devolution, on the other hand more powers are transefrred to European level as well.

The research question is wheather it is the end of or errosion of Westminster model or the adaptation what was the case in last several centuries.
