Abstract

The interview is concentrated on the dichotomy of the relationship of the EU and the member states. The question is whether the intergovernmental or neofunctionist theories are applicable and what was the role of constitutionalization of the EU after the adoption of Lisbon treaty.

The main argument is that these are the member states who still are the main actors if the European Integration process.
