Abstract
This article reflects results of the research in the area of the financial stability, whose integral part is also analysis of the development on the asset markets and thus also housing market. The article presents analysis of the housing market development in the Czech Republic including its macroeconomic connection, relation to the rents, to households’ income, mortgage market development and situation of the housing market in the CR in the international comparison, including relevant data sources.
The article is moreover enriched by the analysis of the commercial real estate market in the past year and its expected development in the next year.
