Abstract
exhibition presents black and white large scale photographs of Cairo Islamic architecture from 9th to 18th century.Photographs are arranged in six thematic parts - introduction, Cairo, religious architecture, public buildings, residences and architectural decor. The exhibition is complemented by the exhibits from the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague and the National Gallery in Prague.
