Psychology of efficiency under conditions of social change : Czech psychologists in prewar "Encyclopaedia of efficiency" and consequences of economic crisis.

Abstract

The subjects of analysis are the studies of Czech psychologist from the prewar "Encyclopaedia of efficiency" published in the years 1932 and 1934. The inspirational value of these studies for contemporary conception of efficiency and for contemporary conception of social changes connected with globalization is discussed.
