Abstract
Treatment of follicular lymphoma patients is in some situations difficult. We have many treatment options - from chemotherapy in combination with rituximab, to high dose therapy with stem cell support, allogenic transplantation, radioimmunotherapy or new molecules.
Choice of optimal treatment is essentially based on physician´s experience. Second version of Diagnostic and therapeutic quidelines for patients with lymphoma can help with optimal choice in this field haematology.
