Abstract
The authors used 4 surgical approaches to carpal tunnel syndrome classical midpalmar approach, uniportal endoscopic approach, twin incision technique and flexor carpi radialis approach. On the basis of wider comparison of the first 3 techniques the endoscopic approach is prefered by the authors in the cases of moderate involvement of median nerve.
The technique of carpal tunnel pressure measurement during operation is mentioned.
