Abstract
One of the maim problems of current cardiac surgey is myocardial protection.There are several aims of protection - myocardial preservation, bloodless operative field and stopped heart.There are various methods how to do it.We can use various types of cardioplegic solution or other methods.The aim of the article is to give information about various types of myocardial protection.
