Abstract
Prospective study on 262 patients directly reffered to trauma center of University Hospital Hradec Králové from the territory (except rural district Hradec Králové) in years 2003-2004 proved sensitivity of the triage (recommended by American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma) on scene: 84,8% to ISS bigfer than 15; 94,3% to multi-/organ dysfunction; 96%to the risk of death. The triage table is implemented to the standard documentation of the Rescue service of the territory of Hradec Králové as the suitable sieve for the direct scene transfer of trauma patients to regional traumacenter.
The reduction of the pre-hospital time, which is in mean 92´in the soubgroup of the deceased patients, is the actual task.
