Abstract
The paper evaluates the results of operation treatment of lung tumours since 1948 till now, in 5 not completely time-comparable sets. The comparison of results seems to show, that in last 10 years no increase of the resecability and the five year period of survival of the tumours diagnosed has been achieved.
