Abstract
The book is the legal commentary of the European Union Treaty and the Treaty on Functioning of the European Union in the Lisbon version. It is the first commentary of the valid EU primary law published in the Czech Republic yet.
It contains legal commentary to each article of the primary law and further accessories related to the relevant article. It means the ECJ jurisprudence that could have impact on the interpretation of the relevant article, further on secondary legal and executive acts passed on the legal basis of the relevant article, comparison of previous versions of the article and others.
Composite authors are in close relation to the Parliamentary Institute, the research center of the Parliament of the Czech Republic.
