Constructivistic Approach as Innovation in Teach Training

Abstract

This text is focused on innovations in pre-graduation teachers' training in the Czech republic. Constructivism and socio-constructivism is present as key conception of this task.

This approach accents development of students' individual and communication ability to understand others. Development of reflection and self-reflection ability is also accented.

This starting point determines way of understanding to pre-service teachers' training, understanding of role of teachers and pupils, the aim of education etc.
