Abstract
Similarly as at cow milk also at milk of small ruminants (goats and sheep) and in contrast to human milk it is possible to use the knowledge about relationship between somatic cell count and lactose to improvement of screening, result interpretation and prevention control in occurrence of milk secretion production disorders at analyses in routine monitoring systems as milk recording with individual milk samples and milk quality control with bulk milk samples.
