Abstract
This article represents a review of deposition of plasma polymer thin films and clusters by means of different methods including low pressure glow discharges. Basic concepts of deposition of plasma polymers and cluster-assembled structures are summarized.
The main theoretical models and principal experimental setups are discussed and several applications of plasma polymers and nanoclusters are given.
