Abstract

The interpretation of a specific criminal offense of the offenses against family and children: failure to mandatory nutrition. Specific provisions for effective regret: criminal liability for a crime neglecting maintenance obligation expires if the offense is not permanent adverse consequences and the offender subsequently fulfilled his obligation before the Court of First Instance began to issue verdict.
