Trends in changes of national economic structures , influence of European social models, and policy options

Abstrakt

The chapter analyzes structural changes in the economies of Central and Eastern European countries and their relation to the processes of economic transition and European integration. It focuses especially on the experience of the four Visegrad countries, the logic of the structural changes experienced by these countries, and their relationship to the changes in foreign trade and labour markets.
