Abstract
Lien is part of the substantive law. It is the Institute provided for in § 152–174 of the Civil Code and certain other provisions of other laws.
This article analyzes some aspects of the implementation of the lien in court. In the first part of the article deals with the sale of collateral and judicial sale of the collateral, then the lien and anforcement (execution) and effects of the lien in the management of the execution.
