Abstract
Lien is part of the substantive law. It is the Institute provided for in § 152–174 of the Civil Code and certain other provisions of other laws.
This article analyzes some aspects of the implementation of the lien in court. In the second part, the author focuses on the position of mortgage lenders in the execution of cash transactions by selling of movable and immovable property for the sale of the debtor.
