Abstract
The report describes the methodology of economy-wide material flow analysis and indicators based on this accounting framework. This indicators were compiled for the Chech Republic for 1990-2003.
The results show that they decreased by 30-50 % over the monitored period. Special attantion is paid to output material flow indicators, which are broken down by environmental media (water, air, soil) and economic sectors.
The item "disposal of wastes" is further revised, which is now figured out on the bases of the data of the Czech Statistical Office.
