Abstract

This article deals with causation in environmental law and causality of environmental law that is understood as a link between legal norms and individual behaviour which affects the environment. Key topics identified as interesting for further investigation include language problem, law impact assesment, synergic, cumulative and alike effects and assessment and quantification of impacts affecting the environment.
