Abstract
Paper analysis distributive effects of environmental regulation, particularly the effects of energy price increase (eg. due to taxation) on welfare, expenditures and consumption of various types of households. Prediction is based on estimated coherent household demand systems for each type of households yielding price and income elasticities.
