The Powers of the President of Czech republic in foreign relations

Abstract

For the position of the president of republic the most decisive factor is the model of division of powers. According to the Czech constitution, which is based on the frame of parliamentary republic, the president realizes just the policy of the government.

The article deals with the specific formulations of the Czech republic constitution, which, interpreted separately, can allow the escape of the president from the government policy.
