Abstract

The article addresses the issue of Scottish devolution as being implemented within the constitutional reforms by the New Labour government. It examines the inner processes of functioning of the Scottish Parliament and Scottish Executive through the lenses of central institutions as well as impact of devolution on addressing the Scottish issues in London.

The attention is also paid to the involvement of Scottish institutions in the decision-making processes both at national and supranational levels.
