INNOTRAIN IT project - developing a simplified ITSM method and an interactive training for small and middle enterprises (case study)

Abstract

Paper presents goals and results of INNOTRAIN IT project, funded under Central Europe programme. The main goal of the project is development of simplified ITSM method for SMEs in Central Europe, based on analysis of the current state in 5 countries of Central Europe.
