Abstract

The „anti-stress programme“ was designed and implemented within the framework of CVD preventive activities. About 60 – 70 individuals were examined every year using a set of psychological (type of behaviour, life events in the past 12 months, daily events in the past month, level of resilience – hardiness), physiological (blood pressure) and biochemical (total cholesterol, HDL and LDL cholesterol, triacylglycerides, glycemia) variables, as well as using basic demographic data and data from working processes ANOT_ANGL=The „anti-stress programme“ was designed and implemented within the framework of CVD preventive activities.
