This study is dealing with heraldical material collected by two early-modern heraldics and genealogists - F. E.

Renz and G.D. Wunschwitz.

The author compares their methods of dealing with this type of information. The seconf half of study concerns leafs from early modern alba amicorum collected by Renz and Wunschwitz, their detailed description.

The edition of leafs is also appended.
