Anniversary edition of the collection by J. Kořalka contains more than twenty articles dedicated to the issue of nationalism in the 19th century, the birth of modern states and societies, the shaping of modern political culture, importance of culture and education in the 19th century society and last but not least the emergence of the working class as an important social factor.
