Wenceslas of Bohemia, duke of Luxembourg and Brabant, between the Holy roman Empire and France (1337-1383)

Abstract

This doctoral thesis is based on a biography of Wenceslas of Bohemia, duke of Luxembourg and of Brabant, concieved from the point of view of the familial and “international” relations between France and the Holy Roman Empire. It describes the role of the duke in several great political projects in the 2nd half of the 14th century.
