Building up the career and planning the constitute fundamental points i the lives of many woman.Situations in which the woman has to choos only one of these two opportunities for self-fulfilment are,unfortunately, not rare.For this reason,there are still few women in leadr positions because such work requires a great deal of effort,energy and time allocation.In their work, women-managers are as good as men.As compared with other groups however, they are more exposed to stress factors and should,therefore,be paid greater attention and offered more assistance.
