Abstract
A publication of new found transcript of synodal statut of Prague from 1308, inscribed like juridical authority of legal character during the 2th decenium of 14th century in the juridical work of auditor sacri palatii Hermannus de Praga, Opusculum de casibus reservatis (BAV, Vat.lat. 1016) and his classification in the trend of the synods of Prague.
