In vivo and in vitro assessment of the role of glutathione antioxidant system in anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity

Abstract

In this experimental study, the role of glutathione antioxidant system in anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity was evaluated using the H9c2 cardiomyoblast cell line and rabbit model of daunorubicin-induced heart failure.
