Abstrakt
Clinical trials are being conducted worldwide. Huge amount of human subjects is daily enrolled to regulated clinical trials in hundreds of world regions.
Pressure on higher and higher enrollment rate and faster and cheaper completion of Clinical trials by Pharma/Biotech companies is evident. Field of clinical trials and related processes are developing as level of the science is going ahead.
During last years the overall trend in the field of Clinical trials was the shift of clinical trials conduction from advanced countries (e.g. countries of EU, USA, Canada and other) to generally cheaper developing countries (e.g. Asian countries) where regulations are not sufficient, investigators are not experienced, highly vulnerable subjects are not informed accordingly and processes and standards accepted in advanced countries of western world are fighting with culture and religion of these developing countries.
