Abstract
The article continues a debate about doctor-assisted suicide began by Marek Vacha and Tomas Hribek. I criticise Hribek''s consequentialism and his argument concerning the autonomy of the patient.
In conclusion I present argunments against the usefulness of the concept of assisted suicide and its possible legalisation.
