From the 25th of July to the 1st of August 2010, the XVIIIth International Congress of Comparative Law took place in Washington D.C. This book publishes the outcome of the congress concerning "The Prohibition of Age Discrimination in Labour Relations".
The relevance of "age discrimination" as a topic increased significantly over the last decade.
