The Constitution of 1920 in the context of European constitutionalism

Abstract

The author deals with principles and values of democratic constitutions of the early 20 th century. Apart from the Czechoslovak constitution of 1920, she lays her focus on the Weimar constitution of 1919, and the Polish constitution of 1921.
