Capabilities of R package mixAK for clustering based on multivariate continuous and discrete longitudinal data

Abstrakt

We describe new capabilities of R package mixAK designed to perform clustering based on multivariate continuous and discrete longitudinal data using the methodology introduced during the IWSM 2010 presentation. The use of the package will be illustrated on a dataset from a clinical trial on patients with primary biliary cirrhosis.
