LMI is based on major theoretical and empirical work focused on motivation and achievement. LMI is based on a broad-based concept of motivation to perform in a professional context.
The diagnostic method includes a manual, paper-based version of the questionnaire, a questionnaire in the electronic version and drafts of final reports.
