Comparison of glycation of glutathione S-transferase by methylglyoxal, glucose or fructose

Abstract

The goal of present study was to examine the effect of methylglyoxal, fructose, and glucose on structural and catalytic properties of cytosolic mu-class glutathione S-transferase.
