Abstract
A study analyzing the novel Time on My Hands by contemporary Italian writer Giorgio Vasta (1970) with emphasis on historical context related with the events narrated in fictional storyline - Annus horibilis 1978 - and on the author's specific narrative style and his work with the language through which tries to grasp the world by "all the senses".
