Abstract
Monoclonal free light chains are produced in the vast majority of monoclonal gammopathies. Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance is benign disorder, which long term outcome could be malignant transformation.
Several risk factors of malignant transformation of MGUS have been identified. In this work we analyze data from 1125 patients from Czech monoclonal gammopathies registry RMG.
Analysis of free light chain ration as a marker of stringent complete remission was done on the same basis.
