Transparency and confidence-building measures for space security

Abstract

The article describes and evaluates various prospective space transparency and confidence-building measures (TCBM) alongside current proposals to advance safety and security in space, including the draft Code of Conduct for Outer Space Activities proposed by the European Union (EU).
