Identification of phase I and phase II metabolites of benfluron and dimefluron in rat urine using high-performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry

Abstrakt

Biotransformation products of potential antineoplastics benfluron and dimefluron were searched in rat urine. Integrated approach involving HPLC-PDA-MS/MS analyses was used for the identification of Phase I and Phase II metabolites.

New information about the fate of these potential drugs in organism were obtained.
